How long does my order take to ship?

Each piece is thoughtfully packed and shipped from my New Jersey studio. Ready-to-ship pieces typically head out within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take a little longer. Pottery moves slowly, and I believe good things are worth waiting for.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Clayborn Studio ships within the United States. As the studio grows, I hope to expand shipping options in the future. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out.

What is your return policy? 

Every Clayborn Studio piece is made by hand, and subtle variations are part of their story. Because of the nature of handmade work, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours so we can find a solution together.
